You never pay us anything
We never charge candidates anything: no application, registration, screening or job fee. The employer pays for our service. If anyone asks you for money to get you a job, it's a scam — including if they use our name.
Brazil · Colombia → Spain
Legal jobs in Spain for heavy-equipment mechanics. You are hired directly by the Spanish employer, who sponsors the visa and pays for the flight. We assess your trade and help you with the paperwork — at no cost to you.
The first question
It's the right question to ask. Everyone knows someone who got burned by a job offer abroad. So instead of making promises, we'd rather show you how to verify it yourself.
We never charge candidates anything: no application, registration, screening or job fee. The employer pays for our service. If anyone asks you for money to get you a job, it's a scam — including if they use our name.
The work visa is applied for by the employer in Spain and issued by a Spanish consulate. None of that goes through us. You can call the consulate yourself and confirm every step.
Salary, role, hours and location come in writing, in the Spanish employer's contract, before you commit to anything. Nobody here will ask you to take their word for it.
No fine print
The whole account, open. No asterisks and no surprises later.
How the housing advance works
The company advances your first month so you arrive without spending a thing: room, deposit, food and transport already sorted the day you land. That advance comes back gradually, in small instalments deducted from your own payroll over the first months. No interest, no squeeze.
The assessment, the visa and the flight are never deducted from your salary. Charging a worker to get a job is restricted by law, and we don't do it.
The work
This isn't a car workshop. It's heavy equipment in production, on Spain's construction and mining sites.
Mobile and fixed crushers, screens, conveyors. Maintenance on jaw, cone, impact and belts.
Milling machines, pavers, compaction rollers and asphalt plants. Hydraulics, transmission and onboard electronics.
Soil recyclers and stabilisers, binder spreaders. Field work, far from the workshop.
Excavators, loaders, trucks and processing plant. Heavy production, demanding shifts.
Permanent way equipment. Senior role, requires a long and documented track record.
Before we talk
We're looking for
This isn't for you if
Shortcut
Do you have European citizenship, or a right to it?
Italian, Portuguese or Spanish grandparents or great-grandparents count. Anyone entitled enters Spain with no visa and none of the months of process. If that's your case, tell us early — your route is far shorter.
The route
Five stages. You always know which one you're in.
A short call. We understand your experience, you understand the job. No commitment.
A video call about the trade: hydraulics, engine, diagnostics, safety. If you know the work, you pass.
The Spanish employer approves and issues the formal offer. You read everything before signing.
The longest part. The employer files the work authorisation in Spain through its own lawyer, and you collect the visa at the consulate. We help you organise every document.
Flight booked, housing sorted, arrival supported. And the support continues after you start.
The typical timeline is 6 to 8 months from start to departure, and it can reach 10 to 12 months if there are delays. It depends on official bodies and the consulate. We don't control that queue and we don't promise dates.

Straight to the point
Salary is set by the Spanish employer and comes in writing in the contract, before you sign anything. We don't post figures online to attract people, because it varies by role, company and region. In the conversation you get the real range for that job.
No. No registration fee, no screening fee, no job fee. The assessment, the employer's lawyer, the visa and the flight are paid by the company and never deducted from you. Your only cost is your passport, because it's your document and it stays yours forever.
We don't require fluent Spanish to apply. The work is technical and Portuguese helps a great deal with adapting. Each employer sets its own requirements, and that's discussed beforehand.
No. It just means your first step is getting a passport from the Federal Police, and we'll send you a guide explaining everything. But start now, because getting an appointment usually takes longer than the passport itself.
Normally the mechanic goes first and the family follows later, through family reunification, once he's settled and his status is regularised. The rules and timelines are set by Spanish law, not by us. We guide you through it.
6 to 8 months is normal, from start to departure; with delays it can reach 10 to 12 months. It depends on the consulate, the appointment queue and how quickly you gather your documents. Whoever delivers documents fast moves fast.
You're not tied to anything. It's a normal employment contract, with the same rules as any worker in Spain. But be honest with yourself before you start: it's a move to another country, far from home, and the first months are the hardest.
Yes. We are a company incorporated in the United States: EXL Business Consulting LLC, trading as Maximo Diesel. We work directly with employers in Spain and have coordination in Brazil. In the first conversation you get the company details and can verify them.
For companies in Spain
Crushing, milling, soil-cement, quarry and rail. Heavy equipment mechanics from Latin America, technically evaluated before you ever speak to them, brought over legally with the entire process handled.
