01About us

Maximo Diesel is the trade name under which EXL Business Consulting LLC operates, a company formed in the State of Delaware, United States of America.

By using this site or starting a conversation with us, you agree to these Terms of Use.

02What we do

We carry out the technical assessment and verification of heavy-equipment maintenance professionals in Latin America and present them to employers located abroad, primarily in Spain. The employer hires directly and handles the work-permit application through its own lawyer.

Our work includes screening, technical evaluation, document organisation and support for the candidate during the process and after arrival.

03What we don't do

It matters to be explicit about the limits of our role:

• We are not your employer. The employment contract is entered into directly between you and the hiring company abroad. Salary, hours, role and conditions are set by them.
• We are not a law firm or an immigration agency. The legal handling of the process is carried out by qualified professionals and the competent official bodies.
• We do not guarantee employment, visa approval or timelines. Granting a work authorisation and visa is the exclusive decision of the authorities in the destination country.
• We do not provide financial, tax or legal advice regarding your personal situation.

04Zero cost to the candidate

We never charge the candidate anything, at any stage. There is no registration fee, application fee, CV screening fee, job reservation fee or equivalent.

The costs of assessment and selection, the lawyer engaged by the employer, visa processing and airfare are borne by the hiring company and are not deducted from the worker's pay.

Any advances granted to the worker by the hiring company — such as a relocation or initial housing allowance — are agreed in writing with the employer and recovered in the manner and within the limits of the labour law of the destination country.

05Your responsibilities

By taking part in the process, you undertake to:

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information about your professional experience, training and documentation.
• Present authentic documents. Presenting a false document ends the process immediately and may have legal consequences in both the origin and destination country.
• Meet the deadlines for submitting documentation and attend consular appointments.
• Report relevant changes to your personal situation, documents or availability.

We reserve the right to end the participation of any candidate who provides false information, stops responding for an extended period or behaves in a manner incompatible with the process.

06Communications and consent

By sending us your phone number or initiating contact, you authorise us to contact you by text message (SMS), phone call and email, solely for purposes related to the assessment and hiring process.

Conditions

• Message frequency varies according to the progress of your process.
• Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to text messages, or by requesting cancellation through any channel.
• For support, reply HELP, or use the contact email.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of taking part in the selection process.

07Intellectual property

The Maximo Diesel brand, logo, texts, guidance materials, evaluation tools and the content of this site are the property of EXL Business Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written authorisation.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• decisions by public bodies regarding visas, authorisations or entry into the destination country;
• acts, omissions or breaches by the employing company;
• losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the candidate;
• expectations of outcome not formalised in a written contract.

09Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to consumer and worker protection rules applicable in the candidate's country of residence, which prevail where more protective.
